The collected high-definition images are transmitted to the background in real-time via 5G network. After comparison with the standard database through AI algorithms, they can immediately trigger sound and light alarms and push abnormal data. At the same time, they realize "one vehicle, one file" traceable management, which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of maintenance.
In addition, the "Black Warrior" emergency operation robot independently developed by the Yingtan Power Supply Section is also playing an important role. Adopting advanced technology, maintenance personnel can remotely control it through mobile phones to handle simple faults. It can also conduct 24-hour non-stop inspections even in severe weather. At the Shiluokeng unmanned substation of the Hefei-Fuzhou High-Speed Railway, it has effectively solved the problem of long repair time for equipment failures in the past. A single person can handle common faults in 2 minutes, which greatly optimizes the operation efficiency.
Moreover, similar intelligent robots are employed in multiple key links of Jiangxi's high-speed rail, from bridge stay cable detection to equipment room inspection, comprehensively ensuring the safe operation of high-speed rail and escorting passengers traveling during the summer vacation.
