Balls roll in four rows of raceways precision-ground on an LM rail and an LM block, and endplates incorporated in the LM block allow the balls to circulate. Since a retainer plate holds the balls, they will not fall off even if the LM block is removed from the LM rail. With the low sectional height and the high rigidity design of the LM block, this model achieves highly accurate and stable linear motion.
Types:
Model LMB-SC
The fl ange of the LM block has tapped holes. Can be mounted from the top or the bottom. Used in places where the table cannot have through holes for mounting bolts.
Model LMB-V
With this type, the LM block has a smaller width (W) and tapped holes. Used in places where the space for table width is limited.
Model LMB-C
The LM block has the same cross-sectional shape as the Model LMB-SC, but it has a longer overall LM block length (L) and a greater rated load.
Model LMB-W
The LM block has the same cross-sectional shape as the Model LMB-V, but it has a longer overall LM block length (L) and a greater rated load.
